Dr. Philistin has a long history of service at STEP. After serving as Director of the Library and as Registrar for nine years, he was appointed Director of Research in September 2013. In addition to his research duties, He teaches courses in Sociology, Research Methodology and Philosophy of Ministry.
In addition to his activities at STEP, Dr. Philistin serves as the Senior Pastor of l’Eglise Evangélique Baptiste in Lamothe and l’Eglise Evangélique Baptiste Espoir in Petite-Place Cazeau.
He and his wife are the parents of two daughters and a son. His greatest desire is to fulfill the will of God in all that he undertakes.
